Adrian Sham has over 10 years’ experience as a tax advisor starting his career as a graduate in London for Grant Thornton. In August 2015, Adrian relocated to Singapore to help build the tax practice in Singapore where he leads the Global Mobility and High Net Worth team.

Prior to relocating to Asia in the mid-1990s, James spent time in a United Kingdom Government role specializing in bi-lateral relations between the UK and Central and Eastern Europe.
With a consulting career in Asia spanning twenty plus years and, residing in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Bangkok, James has acquired an extensive understanding of issues surrounding global mobility, initially as the owner of a Hong Kong-headquartered executive search company, working with many multinational companies around the world.
After his business was acquired by a global top five firm, James settled on a broader consulting career, capitalizing on his wide range of contacts to assist companies with market-entry and business development in Asia. Involvement in the area of “Citizenship by Investment” was a natural progression and, it is through this that James came into contact with the Government of Vanuatu to support the launch of their 2017 “Development Support Program” (DSP), and the growth of the Vanuatu Information Centre (VIC) network.
James has a key role in developing strategic Investment-Migration Industry relationships on behalf of the DSP, as well as supporting the Vanuatu Government in seeking greater opportunities internationally for Investment, bi-lateral trade and inbound tourism. Lay-Hui Lim has more than 20 years of experience in the Marine insurance and reinsurance industry, covering claims, underwriting as well as risk management functions at leading insurance companies across Asia.

Lee is responsible for leading Lombard Odier’s wealth planning and family services proposition, which is a key component of the Bank’s growth strategy in the region.
Before joining Lombard Odier, Lee amassed over 18 years of experience in the wealth management industry.
She joined from Union Bancaire Privée in Singapore, where she was Head of Wealth Planning for South Asia and was responsible for leading a team advising high net worth clients on their family wealth transition, family governance, as well as philanthropic aspirations.

Martin has a degree in German with Economics and International Business, and has acquired the ATT qualification (Association of Taxation Technicians) in the UK. After two highly formative years with the International Expatriate
Services division of Arthur Andersen in London, he relocated to the South Coast to work for The Fry Group in June
1999 where he held a number of roles including Tax Manager, responsible for the UK taxation advice and compliance

Mr. Nestor Alfred is the Chief Executive Officer of the Citizenship by Investment Unit of Saint Lucia. His career has been primarily within the financial services sector, having worked in the domestic and international (offshore) financial sector. He has held senior and executive positions within the banking sector in Barbados, Cayman and Saint Lucia as well as working experience in taxation; auditing and regulation/supervision.

Ntoudi joined Wintrust Asia Pacific Pte Ltd early 2017 as head of South East Asia and Africa Markets. Based in Singapore he is providing corporate management, trust and fund solutions to family offices, financial institutions and wealthy individuals across the two regions.
In his previous role with Amicorp Group, Ntoudi was instrumental in developing Amicorp’s fund activity in Singapore from structuring to fund administration.
Prior to Amicorp, he worked for 14 years at Banque Internationale a Luxembourg, where he held several senior roles in Luxembourg and Singapore. In his last role, as head of Wealth Banking Services and member of the Executive Committee, based in Singapore, Ntoudi was responsible for the development of the sales network through financial intermediaries such as external asset managers, tax advisors, insurance brokers and financial advisors across Asia Pacific.

Olderigo is a tax partner with more than twenty-five years of tax specialist experience within Deloitte in Italy, in the US and, currently, in China.
In Italy, after working at Deloitte’s Rome and Milan offices, he became tax partner in Florence, where he established and led the local tax practice from 2000 to 2008.
From 2008 until 2012, he worked at Deloitte US in New York as Managing Director of the Italian Desk, assisting many Deloitte US clients with their investments in Italy.
From 2012, Olderigo is at the head of Deloitte Italy’s China Desk in Hong Kong, where he supports Italian firms based in China and Asia-Pacific with their local tax issues and consults Chinese groups in the acquisition process of investments in Italy.
Prior to joining DBS, Peter was Deputy CEO at Bank of China (Suisse) SA in Geneva. Before this, Peter worked for the Citibank Private Bank for nineteen years, in Jersey (Head of Cititrust (Jersey) Limited), in Zurich (Head of Trust Marketing for Europe and the Middle East) and then in Asia as Head of Trust, and as Head of Private Banking in Singapore and Malaysia. More recently, Peter worked in London and Geneva as Managing Director of The UHNW Middle East Group, and Head of the Corporate Finance Group working for a major client of the bank.
Prior to this, Peter worked for Deloitte as a Tax Principal in their London office.

Originally from London, Rhiannon has worked in the Willis Towers Watson Hong Kong office for five years. Originally focused on building and growing business for the large accounts book across Asia, she is now responsible for leading and developing the Fine Art and Jewellery Team within Hong Kong and driving business development more broadly within Asia.
Her previous experience in the intelligence and security world has provided her with a deep understanding of the importance of precision analytics, industry knowledge, and strategic risk management. She has worked with a broad plethora of clients, from government authorities and cultural associations, to international galleries and Ultra High Network individuals.
Rhiannon has spoken at the Hong Kong Gallery Association, the Philippine Art Fair, Art Stage Singapore and at various banks including UBS, Citi Private Bank and Julius Bär on Art Insurance topics. She also spoke at the International Fine Art and Specie Insurance Conference in Portugal in 2018.

Tristan is an Australian Chartered Accountant, Australian tax agent and has been working in Australian Tax since 2004, specialising in Australian expatriates and repatriation planning, intended migrants, private clients and retirement planning. His 14 years’ experience in the private client tax field includes 7 years of working in one of Australia’s top private client and family office firms, together with nearly 2 years in managing a large expatriate and foreign investor tax practice in Singapore. He is on the executive committee of the Australian and New Zealand Association (ANZA)
Singapore, on the board of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Singapore members committee, and a regular presenter at various Australian tax events around Singapore and Asia.
