Adrian Sham has over 10 years’ experience as a tax advisor starting his career as a graduate in London for Grant Thornton. In August 2015, Adrian relocated to Singapore to help build the tax practice in Singapore where he leads the Global Mobility and High Net Worth team.

Bastien obtained his Master in Business Law and Corporate Taxation from the Law School of Aix-Marseille University, France in 2002. During his studies, he was ranked among the 10 Best business law students by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2001 and won the 1st edition of the Landwell Award (PwC) in 2002. Bastien Trelcat relocated to Shanghai in 2004, he advises several leading companies throughout China and Europe in their M&A transactions, including structuring and negotiation of joint-ventures.

Mr. Nestor Alfred is the Chief Executive Officer of the Citizenship by Investment Unit of Saint Lucia. His career has been primarily within the financial services sector, having worked in the domestic and international (offshore) financial sector. He has held senior and executive positions within the banking sector in Barbados, Cayman and Saint Lucia as well as working experience in taxation; auditing and regulation/supervision.

Olderigo is a tax partner with more than twenty-five years of tax specialist experience within Deloitte in Italy, in the US and, currently, in China.
In Italy, after working at Deloitte’s Rome and Milan offices, he became tax partner in Florence, where he established and led the local tax practice from 2000 to 2008.
From 2008 until 2012, he worked at Deloitte US in New York as Managing Director of the Italian Desk, assisting many Deloitte US clients with their investments in Italy.

Originally from London, Rhiannon has worked in the Willis Towers Watson Hong Kong office for five years. Originally focused on building and growing business for the large accounts book across Asia, she is now responsible for leading and developing the Fine Art and Jewellery Team within Hong Kong and driving business development more broadly within Asia.
Her previous experience in the intelligence and security world has provided her with a deep understanding of the importance of precision analytics, industry knowledge, and strategic risk management. She has worked with a broad plethora of clients, from government authorities and cultural associations, to international galleries and Ultra High Network individuals.
Rhiannon has spoken at the Hong Kong Gallery Association, the Philippine Art Fair, Art Stage Singapore and at various banks including UBS, Citi Private Bank and Julius Bär on Art Insurance topics. She also spoke at the International Fine Art and Specie Insurance Conference in Portugal in 2018.

Robert Jan graduated as a master in international tax law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam after which he started his career at Ernst & Young. To be able to combine his tax and corporate law knowledge Robert Jan decided to join Equity trust (now TMF Group). Besides working in the Netherlands he also worked in their Singapore and Paris office. After this taste of working abroad, he pursued to work for an international law firm in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Roger Chi brings over 20 years of experience managing and structuring investments on behalf of family offices in SE Asia. Roger is currently head of SE Asia for 1291 Group, one of the leading providers of wealth structuring products. Prior to 1291 Group, Roger worked for several family offices in SE Asia and the Middle East. Roger has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BS from UC Berkeley.
Samir has spent in excess of more than Fifteen years in the banking industry in India having held leadership and technical roles in institutional, wholesale, retail, commercial and merchant banking. Whilst his background was in Operations and Compliance, in recent years, Samir has acquired significant expertise in developing and implementing regulatory compliance frameworks and AML frameworks and policies to drive appropriate levels of governance in the business. Samir currently works for RBL Bank Ltd which is part of one of the fastest growing Bank in India and which operates in all parts of the country.
